By logging into the CareFirst Broker website/mobile app (hereinafter referenced as CareFirst Broker website), you agree to abide by the Terms of Use.
That means:
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your user ID and password;
- You will not share your user ID and password with anyone else;
- You will not invade the privacy of, or obtain the identity of, any other user of the secure CareFirst Broker website;
- You are responsible for all use of the secure Broker website accessed through your user ID and password; and
- You are at least 12 years old.
Note: You may not register for any family member who is over the age of 12 years old. If you do, CareFirst reserves the right to terminate that registration immediately.
License
CareFirst grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the secure CareFirst Broker website strictly in accordance with these Terms of Use. Your use of the secure CareFirst Broker website is solely for internal, personal, non-commercial purposes, unless otherwise provided in these Terms of Use. No print out or electronic version of any part of the secure CareFirst Broker website may be used by you in any litigation or arbitration matter whatsoever under any circumstances.
Acceptable Use

The secure CareFirst Broker website makes use of Google's Maps API. By using the Google Maps API in the secure CareFirst Broker website, you are agreeing to be bound by Google's Terms of Use.
Use of Other Services and Equipment
Use of the secure CareFirst Broker website requires third party services and equipment such as a compatible device, internet access and a telecommunications carrier. Obtaining and maintaining the equipment and services necessary to use the secure CareFirst Broker website is your responsibility. Applicable law may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
