If you are already contracted with CareFirst:
Direct Brokers (Brokers not working with General or Full Service Producers)
- Please contact 1-877-526-8390 Option 4 to obtain User ID or password information.
Indirect Brokers (Brokers working with agencies and also with General or Full Service Producers)
- To Establish Access: Please contact the Principal Broker of your agency or Staff member assigned to delegate access.
- To Reset Password:
- If you have logged in to the site at least once, you were prompted to set up security questions. Select "Forgot Password?" and proceed.
- If you have never logged into the site but have been assigned access, please contact 1-877-526-8390 Option 4.
General or Full Service Producers
- To Establish Access: Please contact the Principal Broker or the staff member assigned to delegate access. General and Full Service Producers have access to grant access to employees of the producer.
- To Reset Password:
